An official transcript is a copy of a student’s permanent academic record issued by the college Registrar. It displays all courses taken, grades received, and degrees or certificates awarded at Gila Community College. Gila Community College partners with Parchment to provide a convenient web-based method for students and alumni to request official transcripts. A fee of $10 will be charged for each official transcript ordered. You will be required to provide your student ID, or social security number.
