Requesting an Official Transcript from Gila Community College
An official transcript is a copy of a student’s permanent academic record issued by the college Registrar. It displays all courses taken, grades received, and degrees or certificates awarded at Gila Community College. Gila Community College partners with Parchment to provide a convenient web-based method for students and alumni to request official transcripts. A fee of $10 will be charged for each official transcript ordered. You will be required to provide your student ID, or social security number.
Sending Your Official Transcript to Gila Community College
Please send your test scores (ACT or SAT), and official high school or college transcripts from the issuing institution to:

Electronic transcripts must come directly from the institution to be considered official.
Official transcripts sent by mail must come directly from the institution or be in a sealed, untampered envelope.
