This course introduces the essential technical skills and knowledge used in AWS‑based welding practice. Students learn safe equipment operation, joint preparation, and the fundamentals of common welding processes. Emphasis is placed on interpreting welding procedure specifications (WPS), understanding weld quality requirements, and producing welds that meet AWS‑style visual acceptance standards through hands‑on training.
An additional fee is required.
