This course introduces students to mind‑body wellness practices rooted in Qigong and gentle movement. Students learn about energy flow in the body and develop skills in breathing techniques, posture, balance, stretching, strengthening, and moving meditation. The course also includes mindfulness, relaxation methods, stress‑reduction strategies, energy tapping, meridian tracing, self‑massage, parasympathetic exercises, and Brain Gym activities. Emphasis is placed on accessible practices that support relaxation, coordination, and overall well‑being.

1. Explain the concept and harmony of the energy (Qigong system) in the universe and in our body.
2. Practice several breathing techniques.
